Customer Review: Disappointing longevity

This machine worked well for a year, except that the words wore off the plastic, so I had to remember which button was which. Then one day I came out to a bright morning -- only to find hot coffee all over the counter, dripping down on to the floor. Turns out that the little plastic tube that carries the water broke.
Cheap piece of garbage. Pick something else.
