Customer Review: Had to have another after 4 5 Stars
I'm reading all of these reviews and it makes me chuckle. I bought my first one 3 - 4 years ago and it served us well for that time. 2 - 3 pots per day, it had a lot of use. I do miss the back light, but I never really used it to program the night before anyway.Someone said the decanter drips.....well lift the lid a bit and it won't.
Someone said theirs stopped brewing - defective?? within warranty, return it / exchange it. Had it for a while?? Clean it - that is why there is a cleaning function.
I purchased from the Marketplace for my most recent unit - got a great deal and it brews like a charm - better than Starbucks!! -- I love the choice of brew - we always go for the stronger using fresh ground French Roast or Sumatra. -- Love it Love IT!!
