Customer Review: Good customer service from Mr. Coffee.
Summary: 4 Stars
It makes a very good cup of coffee (I don't detect any of the plastic taste described in the lower ratings). My only complaint was that, after approximately 6 months, the delay setting could no longer be adjusted. I contacted Mr. Coffee, and they provided a replacement. In my view, their customer service made up for the slight defect in the product. For a cheap coffee maker, I would recommend this one.
