LOVE THE MACHINE, THE ONLY DRAWBACKS ARE THE 2HR SHUTOFF (A LITTLE SHORT, BUT TOLERABLE) AND THE BLACK UNIT WITH A STAINLESS FACE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO READ. THE BLACK BLENDS IN WITH THE STAINLESS, AND MAKES SO YOU HAVE TO TILT YOUR HEAD JUST RIGHT, OR MOVE THE MACHINE TO A DIFFERENT LIGHT THAT WILL HIGHLIGHT THE WRITING. BUT THE MACHINE IS A DREAM. MAKES GOOD COFFEE, HAS A DIFFUSER FILTER THAT LETS THE WATER SEEP THROUGH RATHER THAN "SHOWER" THROUGH AND MAKES A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE. I RECOMMEND PURCHASING ONE THAT IS READABLE.
