We've had this coffee maker for about 2 years (I think) and it's working fine so far. Based on the other poor reviews, I guess I should knock on wood here. We program it nearly every day. It's a basic coffee maker--nothing fancy.
I don't normally write reviews, but I thought I might as well if it's easy. I was surprised to see so many negative opinions. I only came across the reviews b/c because I was planning to order a metal/reusable coffee filter and was trying to figure out what size/model to buy.
