Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Mr. Coffee TP3 Replacement Iced Tea Pitcher

Customer Review: Do not Wash in Dishwasher
Summary: 4 Stars

I would not recommend putting these in the Dishwasher. I have already gon through 2 Pitchers due to the fact that they crack under high heat. Other than that these are great

Customer Review: Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Replacement Pitcher
Summary: 5 Stars

I have read other reviews and I'm scratching my head. Why would anyone place a plastic pitcher clearly marked "Not Diswasher Safe" in the dishwasher? How hard is it to line up the spout with the dripper? Warm vinegar cleans up stains in the basket (Que tips are helpful between ridges.) I have used my iced tea maker for years, and replaced the pitcher only when I dropped the original on a brick patio and cracked it. The replacement is perfect!

Customer Review: Finally Found My Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Replacement Pitchers
Summary: 4 Stars

I had 2 of the old pitchers from the Mr. Coffe Iced Tea pot and needed to replace both of them. These are the exact type of pitchers that came with my original unit. They now have a teal lid, instead of the original yellow color. The only issue with these pitchers as was the case with the originals is that they are not dishwasher safe. As long as you know that you will be ok. That why I had to replace them.

I purchased this as a gift and it was well received. Thank You

Customer Review: Oh so fragile
Summary: 2 Stars

My husband and I received our Iced Tea Maker as a wedding gift and it came with two pitchers. The pitchers are terribly fragile and unfortunately not dishwasher safe. The first pitcher broke about a year later and I moved on to the second one and eventually it broke too. I looked at other brands of tea makers but found myself sentimentally attached to this tea maker as it was a wedding gift and decided to replace the pitcher and see how long I can keep this tea maker going. The tea maker itself works fine and is far and beyond the most used small appliance in my kitchen. I will probably just keep replacing pitchers as needed (and storing them in the box they come in for extra protection) but when the tea maker ever quits I will explore other tea maker options and look for one that has a stronger pitcher.
